Neutral electroplated tin - to be used in neutral pH zone. Even low corrosion-resistance material is able to inhibit the corrosion of material. Superior tin whisker inhibition. The flow through plater device can be used. As it is a thermal type, the plating solution is not required to be discharged separately. All ingredients in the plating bath can be analyzed and managed for a simple waste water treatment.
