Product Applications
The carbon coating is used to conduct the surface treatment of the conductive substrates of batteries. Carbon-coated aluminum foil/copper foil is to coat the dispersed nano-conductive graphite and carbon-coated pellets evenly and thoroughly on the aluminum foil/copper foil. It is able to provide the superior static conductivity and collect the micro-current of active substances and significantly reduce the contact resistance between the anode/cathode materials and the current collector. The adhesive capability between the two is thus enhanced to lower the quantity of adhesive used and further significantly improve the overall performance of batteries. The coating materials are divided into 2 types: water-based (aqueous system) and oil-based (organic solvent system, NMP system).
