Product Characteristics
The water-soluble aqueous de-waxing agent has the advantages of both the water-based and solvent-based benefits. It has a high solubility for rosin wax and high number of operational piece. The surface is extremely clean, does not back stain, do not damage the metal, and can be directly rinsed with warm water after operations. This de-waxing agent has a high boiling point, low vapor pressure under operating temperatures, and causes minimal injury to the operator.

Solvent Based Type
Product Characteristics
Solvent-based de-waxing agent is a colorless transparent solution of non-benzene solvent fractionation of petroleum hydrocarbon, CFC-free compound. The waxes have excellent solubility, remaining on the wafer surface to remove the wax, the surface of the wafer to maintain a good cleanliness. It is the best alternatives to CFC solvents in the trichloroethane category. The solvent-based de-waxing agents have a high boiling point, low vapor pressure under operating temperature, and causes minimal injury to the operator.
Operations specifications
1. Place the chip that contains wax in solvent-based de-waxing agents and uses two baths for immersion.
2. Immersion time :10-20 mins; Immersion temperature :60-80 ℃.
3. Clean with Ace or IPA and dry with nitrogen.
