Gold Etching Solution

Product Introduction

It is an iodine and potassium iodide system that can be used as a gold etching solution for photoelectric electrodes and driving IC gold bump processes. It has protective functions for aluminum and nickel metals in response to process requirements. The etching speed can be customized according to process requirements.
